Convenient location, good water pressure in showers, refrigerator in room

Lobby temperature uncomfortable!!! Elevator access disappointing!!! Strong odors from smoking in hallways!!! Unkempt rooms with dirty furniture and sticky bathroom floors!!! Staff gave incorrect information about towel availability!!!

It was just a prime choice for a short stayover in Montgomery with excellent value for money. The room had a strong cleaning supply smell but still felt decent for a quick rest. If you're there for breakfast, be sure to get there early to avoid running out of coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at a family-friendly spot near the Montgomery Zoo. The room was clean, and we loved that the breakfast area was spacious enough for our toddler to enjoy. The staff were really welcoming and helpful throughout our visit.

However, there were a couple of maintenance issues. the bathroom could use more hooks for towels, and I found the internet connection weak at times. This place is great for families thanks to the friendly staff and available amenities.

Woke up to the delightful aroma of breakfast, and the staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was simply peaceful.

However, upon check-in, our reservation was lost, forcing us to pay twice. The chaotic start left us unsettled for the rest of our stay.
